Abstract

This study examined the strategies that school psychology programs use to recruit culturally diverse students. Data from 69 training directors were collected via a web-based survey completed by directors of doctoral and non-doctoral programs. Results revealed that programs primarily relied on program websites and student organizations for advertising; few adopted differing strategies for the recruitment of culturally diverse students. Implications for culturally diverse recruitment are discussed.
