Abstract
Rural areas are severely affected by the shortage of school psychologists, which is compounded by the logistical barriers to graduate training. Providing training through distance learning is one avenue for addressing this problem. The proposed program will utilize eLearning, Wimba, and Second Life as the primary modes of course instruction.
